By default, commissioned artworks may be shared on Hakira K Studio social platforms and may be used for future content.

If you'd like your artwork to remain completely private and not be shared publicly:

Private Collector Option: +$30 CAD

Includes:

• No social media sharing
• No content use of your commissioned artwork

✨ RIGHTS & USAGE

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist, Hakira K.

The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to reproduction rights, print rights, promotional use, and portfolio use unless otherwise agreed upon through the Private Collector Option.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.

• Limited commission spots open each month so every piece has room to be thoughtfully created
• Turnaround time: up to 2–3 weeks before shipment to allow for creation, drying time, finishing, and careful packaging
• If needed, I may reach out for clarification before beginning your piece

International orders: Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs, customs duties, or import fees if applicable.

If multiple artworks are purchased together, any significant shipping overcharges will be refunded where applicable.
